Mountain House Inn Downtown Gatlinburg

It was truly a really really nice stay for the price, the hotel met my requirements. Its location close to The Village Shops Shopping Mall was incredible.

It was surely a really nice stay. The hotel was fairly clean and the location was amazing close to everything. Non-smoking room overall. Superb continental breakfast, loved it.

Fairly clean hotel, exceptionally comfortable beds, superb breakfasts and excellent staff. The location was marvellous, with Stanga's Big Slice nearby, where we could eat.

The hotel is fairly clean, with efficient personal, and offers stunning location very close to the parkway as well as Gatlinburg.

I liked to be here, everything was good though the bathroom I had was a little small.

Tasteful room, brilliant staff and very comfy bed. American breakfast was perfect: cereal, yogurt, eggs and cheese.

It was a lovely place for our awesome stay. The whole hotel was clean and the staff was unobtrusive. The food was well presented and included cereals, yogurt, eggs and cheese.

The staff was accommodating, the hotel was clean and placed in an amazing part of the city very close to downtown, the Aquarium, Gatlinburg.

The casual restaurant is bright, serves SPLENDID dishes.

Atmospheric hotel, optimal location, superb food. Pleasant view of sea. The beach was perfect. Impeccable service and an exclusive restaurant, available onsite. Delicious drinks, stable wifi were a nice surprise.

Shame the bathroom was a bit cramped.

Well-maintained hotel in a phenomenal location, budget rooms. Relaxing beds and television, Nespresso coffee and hairdryer. Breakfast is gorgeous, a wide array of food. Loved quick check-in and flexible check-out.

Clean, traditional hotel, budget rooms and absolutely perfect staff. Relaxing beds, television, hairdryer and two windows were a nice touch. A reasonably priced attached restaurant was open on site. Free soft gins, tea and coffee in the tapas bar, small parking place.

Very good value for money and location was unbeatable. Pleasantly decorated room and the staff were chearful. Breakfast was fine with lots of different food. The hotel was spotless and the perfect beach set near the property.

Quiet location, loved the tapas restaurant. We had a fresh breakfast with selection of eggs, yogurt and cereals. Great customer service provided too.

This venue had a modern lobby. Large bedrooms and big beds. It featured a fantastic decor and included an elegant bathroom.

Hotel was beautifully kept, I liked it. Strategic location, impeccable room, bright bathroom, responsive folks. I slept so comfy in the fine bed. The breakfast was large - plenty of food, including cereals, eggs and yogurt. Thanks to an excellent service I had the best stay. This great downtown venue was near the beach.

this hotel was fancy, i loved its ideal staff and location. the bed was super and it was great having central heating, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board.

I had an awesome stay at this straightforward hotel. Incredibly comfortable location, amazing new rooms, excellent co-operating staff. There were a fridge, a coffeemaker and ironing facilities in the room, liked that. And it had beautiful views and soft bed.

Staff were excellent co-operating, the location was friendly, the bed was soft. Traditional decor of the room. They made my stay awesome. The place was minutes away from Gatlinburg downtown.

The pool was heated and the room was cool and fine. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and an incredibly beautiful view. The area was downtown. It was a decent stay, you could leave a car nearby;)))

Brand-new, quite room and incredibly comfortable location. The pool area is clean too.

I liked just wonderful setting and fine rooms. Incredibly beautiful view, a little balcony, so so comfy bed, too. Restaurant was not very far from the hotel. Easy check-in too. Moreover, I parked at the nearby.

We had 3 nights in Gatlinburg, spent our time here comfortably. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. We were moved to an apartment and had a heating system, a coffee machine and ironing facilities;)))

Sincerely, it was a very nice stay. For tea and goodies visit Donut Friar, located close by.

We liked location and people of this venue. Really comfortable beds. It is off the main road. It offers great prices.

This venue needs repairs.
